Please help us not be Homeless and Save Our Home

This is my wife and I visiting our Dad when he was still alive last year.

We have come into some very hard times and I was hoping to avoid doing this, but I have no choice.

I very recently was let go, in my opinion very unfairly, under the stress and strain of my Father's death from a Creative job that I invested nearly 2 years of my life into. As a result, I have been put in an impossible financial situation that could leave us homeless very soon.

 We were fortunate to be gifted with my father's generosity and ability to keep the home dad and I found in California before Dad went into assisted living at the VA for Dementia and Frontal Lobe Degeneration. I personally took care of him for years until no longer able, and he spent his last days in a good VA home and passed comfortably.

We were able to save some money and pay our bills, but now that dad is gone we have used all of our savings to pay final expenses for my dad, as well as settle his estate bills. This also consumed his life insurance, and we are left with nothing but debt and bills.

Living on disability and a small pension I had saved a cushion to be able to handle our rent and bills, but it is gone now due to prior debts for my dad, and we are dangerously close to losing our home. In addition to this before my dad moved here to CA 8 years ago, he put all of our families belongings in storage in PA and we are in danger of losing everything they ever worked for because the storage payments are too high. We need to be able to pay our rent and go there to get the items out of storage. If we can do that we can lower monthly expenses to a point of being able to stay afloat.

In addition, I want you all to know recently friends have assisted us in obtaining supplies to run a new business. We have yet to be able to begin this with all of our other financial struggles, and I am worried it will be too little, too late if we do not get some help now. We can get it off the ground if we settle our rent and bills for one month with your help.

I am asking, please whatever you can. Small amounts add up, and I am sincerely asking your help in not losing my home. My wife and I were just married and this will break us both if we end up homeless. We have no other options here on this coast and no saving should we need to vacate and move from this place. 

Specifically, all money raised here will go to help pay Rent for one month, all Bills, and enable us to settle a storage company debt and rid that bill from our monthly expenses.

In turn, we will be able to help ourselves after that.
