Hi my name is Gina, I am asking for your help to send our cousin's body back to his parents in Trinidad and Tobago. Albertini Amoroso Elocock was only twenty-one years old when he was murdered by a gunman at an annual event in Baltimore MD. This massacre also took the life of another dear friend, and injured two other family members. They are currently in stable condition at hospital. We were in no way ready for this, and cannot afford the medical bills and the cost of returning Albertini to his grieving parents. The state is not able to provide for our needs, and we greatly appreciate any help you can give. We thank you in advance for your support.
