I am trying to raise money on behalf of the Mejia family. We are trying to prepare them for a great loss and lessen the worry they will need to bear. As you may know, Beto, the father of the family, recently fell ill and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung cancer. His condition has declined and he has been moved to a hospice home to help make his final days as comfortable as they can be. As their family says their goodbyes, we want to prepare them so they can have everything arranged and organized when the time comes.


Beto has been such a great force of life filled with energy, humor, strength, and love. He is an irreplaceable part of the family - always bringing joy and laughter to those around him. Before being transported to hospice, he expressed to the family that he would like to be cremated. Unfortunately, he did not have an insurance plan to cover his funeral costs. I am asking for your help so that we can all contribute to give the final goodbye to someone who will always be so important to us. 


These funds will go to his cremation and service costs and anything extra will be given to his wife to help her during this difficult transition period. Please consider donating as anything helps - whether that's $1 or $100, we all appreciate your generosity so much.
