Most of you already know what’s been going on, and the love I’ve felt since sharing it has carried me more than I can put into words.

After fighting cancer for the first time in 2024, it’s back and this time it means business, Stage 4 and feels like the fight for my life! I won’t pretend that’s not terrifying, but if you know me, you know I’ve never walked off a course mid-round and I’m not about to start now.

I’ll be honest, I’ve never been the type to do something like this. Setting up a fundraiser and asking for help doesn’t come naturally to me and I sat staring at this for longer than I’d like to admit. But when the options in front of you are pride or fighting for your life, it turns out the decision is pretty straightforward.

The next step is pursuing alternative treatment once the current chemotherapy sessions are finished, to try and find a long lasting cure! That will mean flying out, staying for as long as it takes, and stepping away from work. That’s the part my family and I simply can’t manage on our own, which is why I’m here, swallowing my pride and asking.

So many of you have asked what you can do beyond the golf day on 21st September, so we’ve set up this fundraiser. You don’t need to be a golfer, you just need to want to be part of this with me. Every pound goes towards getting ongoing treatment, keeping my family steady while I’m there, and continuing to invest in the holistic and alternative therapies I’m running alongside chemotherapy, non of which are cheap!

Our goal is £80,000. If you can give anything at all, thank you, truly. And if you can’t, sharing this is just as powerful because the reach of this community could genuinely change everything.
