Please Help Us Give Brody the Life He Deserves

Our sweet Boxer, Brody, has been fighting battles no puppy should ever have to face. We brought him home when he was just an itty bitty baby, full of wiggles and love, and he instantly became the heart of our family. But at only six months old, our world turned upside down when Brody was diagnosed with meningitis. The pain he endured was unbearable to witness, and though treatment saved him, it was only the beginning of a long, heartbreaking journey.

Brody relapsed at just a year old, endured harsh medications that nearly took his life, and battled a severe respiratory infection. In the middle of all this, we discovered mold in our home, a hidden danger that was only making him worse. Despite countless ER visits and sleepless nights of fear, Brody fought through it all with resilience and love.

Now, at only two years old, Brody is facing chronic kidney disease. While chronic kidney disease is relatively common in dogs, it is very uncommon for a dog as young as Brody. His medical team believes that his previous meningitis, the medications he needed, and his autoimmune condition have all taken a toll on his body. His immune system sometimes attacks where it shouldn’t, making his care and treatment even more challenging.

He has been through more in his short life than most dogs ever will, yet he greets each day with a wagging nub and gentle spirit. His joy, even in the hardest moments, inspires us to fight for him with everything we have.

Caring for him has been an incredible financial strain, and though it’s hard for us to ask for help, we want nothing more than to give Brody the best quality of life possible. Every donation will go directly toward his medical care, medications, and comfort, so he can continue to live his happiest days.
