Hi, my name is Tom Herridge. My fiancée, Shelley Chmelyk has been battling Multiple Myeloma Bone Cancer for 4.5 years now. I took 2 years off work back 4.5 years ago, then worked part time ever since.

Her cancer came back for the third time now and I am taking more time off work now to help her get by on her third round of Chemo. I have tried my best to keep things going financially, but the strain on us has got us to the point where we are struggling to make ends meet and I have to stay home and care for her again.

We would certainly appreciate any help whatsoever.
