Please help us get Benji to the uk for treatment

Benji was rescued a few months ago. His best friend came to the uk but we found out after testing that Benji has heart worm. We have found him a foster with his friend in the uk where he can get treatment in the warmth of a home but we need to try and raise the money to transport him. Can you help?
