Please help us fulfill his wish of being buried.

On May 21st, 2022, at 4:09 pm, Angel "El Nene" Rodriguez gained his wings. This was an unexpected loss as we believe he had many more years ahead of him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. We are heartbroken, but we know that he is no longer in pain and those he loved now have a guardian angel watching over them. He was a blessing and his smile, sense of humor, laughter and sarcasm will be missed but at least we are blessed with memories.

There was one thing he always told us that he wanted and that is to be buried. For him cremation was not an option and we want to fulfill that wish for him because he deserves it. We were not ready for this kind of expense so soon so we are asking our family and friends to please help with anything that you can, even if it's just sharing this gofundme so that we can send him off the way he wanted to. Any little bit helps.

El 21 de mayo de 2022, a las 16:09 horas, Ángel "El Nene" Rodríguez ganó sus alas. Esta fue una pérdida inesperada ya que pensabamos que tenía muchos años más por delante. Fue un amoroso esposo, padre, abuelo, primo, hermano, tío y amigo. Estamos desconsolados, pero sabemos que ya no siente dolor y que aquellos a los que amaba ahora tienen un ángel de la guarda que los cuida. Fue una bendición y extrañaremos su sonrisa, risa y sarcasmo, pero al menos somos bendecidos con recuerdos.

Había una cosa que siempre nos decía que quería y era ser enterrado. Para él la cremación no era una opción y queremos cumplirle ese deseo porque se lo merece. No estábamos preparados para este tipo de gasto tan pronto, así que le pedimos a nuestra familia y amigos que nos ayuden con todo lo que puedan, incluso si solo es compartiendo este gofundme para que podamos despedirlo de la manera que él quería. Cualquier poquito ayuda.
