Please help us finally have stable housing

Hi, My name is Crystal Carter. I am the mom of 3 year old twin girls Jasmine and Lily. As some of you who personally know me I have been going through so much this year with being homeless, having our house sold out from under us, staying in hotels for 3 months and now renting a room in Sanford, NC. We attend church at Faith Christian Ministries here locally. It has been told to us that in January my roomates will be moving out of state due to lack of work here. With that being said, the lease is in their names and even if i was allowed to stay the rent is $1200 monthly which I cannot afford. My only income is disability. I do have a possible 2 bedroom apartment in Garner becoming available in January. I was going to wait until taxes came but now its looking like that is not going to be possible as we have to be out before then. In December 2021 we were evicted from our home in Wilson, NC because our landlord refused to accept the HOPE program payment. I owed a little over $2,000 at the time. It has/continues to accrue $0.42 daily so by the time January comes it will be close to $3,000. In order for us to get into any subsidized housing or public housing (which is all I can afford on disability) I have to pay off past eviction. If anyone wants to confirm just call Wilson County Courthouse, it should be public record. Once its paid then I can then be approved for housing. I/we need stability. I have been praying daily for God to show me what he wants for me and my family. Im hoping someone can find it in their hearts to help us. I do not want to be sleeping on the streets again especially in the dead of winter. And before it is suggested, all shelters are full. I have applied for several public housing lists but wait lists are anywhere from 2 years to 7 years. God bless you for reading. If you cannot donate please at least share.
