Please help us care for my mom Latricia Davis

Hey everyone, if you don’t know me my name is MacKenzie Hornbeck. I am unfortunately having to make a go fund me to help out my mother Latricia Davis. This isn’t something we want to do or ask for but with the circumstances we have been given this seems like the best option right now to make sure my mom is taken care of while she is recovering. To bring y’all up to speed, my mom Latricia was involved in a horrible ATV wreck late Saturday night. She was the passenger of a late night ride and it took a turn for the WORST. After just a few minutes riding around my mom was thrown off of the back as the passenger and face first into a tree.. After an hour of my mom being unconscious she THANKFULLY came back to. After multiple scans, X-rays, and doctor visits they have diagnosed her with a broken nose, broken left arm, a hematoma on the left side of her face, as well as a concussion… I just thank the Lord above for keeping her here on this earth!

We are asking for help because we are having to reach out for legal help due to the situation… My mom is a hard working mother to 3 children and a grandmother to her first grand baby. Because of this accident she will be out of commission for 4 months minimum and $7K deep in hospital bills.. She is also dependent on help at the moment just doing “normal” things like going to the rest room, fixing herself food/water, taking a shower/bath, etc.. My mom Latricia is also a type 2 diabetic insulin dependent, thanks to genetics.

As a commission based employee she will be out of work and money to not only pay for these numerous hospital visits but also her normal every day life and insulin.. I am beyond thankful that she is even alive and as well as she can be. We ask for prayers as we navigate this chapter in life. Please pray for a speedy recovery and amazing doctors to help her heal as best as she can.. I truly want to thank you for reading our story at the moment.
