It is with extreme sadness our family even needs to reach out so we can properly bury our precious 6-year-old Prince Lee. We were completely blindsided and are still shocked that this is happening to our family.

June 12, 2023, was the worst day of our lives. Prince had suffered a severe asthma attack and had stopped breathing. He was just six years old and just turned six on May 28. Even though doctors were able to get his heart started back, he never regained consciousness.

Our sweet Prince never woke up. He was immediately rushed to Montefiore Children's Hospital. He was diagnosed with brain swelling and lung inflammation. We stayed by his side for 17 days holding on to hope. He suffered severe brain swelling, which caused brain damage due to the lack of oxygen. We held on to hope for 17 days hoping for a miracle but there was nothing more the doctors could do.

Today, Thursday, June 29th, 2023 our Prince gained his wings. Prince is survived by his mother, three brothers, and sister.

As a family, we have created this GoFundMe account to help pay for totally unexpected 6-year-old Prince Lee's funeral/homegoing expenses.

Please, please pray for healing and strength for Stephanie Lee, his siblings, and our entire family. RIP our precious Prince Lee. You will always hold a special place in all our hearts. You were treasured and loved before we knew you, sweet baby boy. You were ours, even if only for a short time. Our hearts are torn in a million pieces.
