For the last couple years we have fallen on many difficult times leaving us living completely pay cheque to pay cheque with nothing extra at all to give in the end. Which I do know this is a lot of people’s reality, as well.

We are hopeful all the time but life just throws curveballs at us always like right now with our youngest (8yrs) kitty Finnegan suffering from a blocked urinary tract, suddenly.

Although we went with the most cost effective veterinary we could find (Novel Vet) the costs are arising as they cannot keep him overnight which he needs to be on a 24hr watch to make sure he does not rip his catheter out so he must be transferred to an emergency vet clinic which the prices are skyhigh adding to the already insane cost.

Finnegan was flushed out 8-10 times, is stable and passing urine through his catheter but he may need to stay in the hospital for 2-3 days to make sure he keeps passing urine and he may have permanent kidney damage now.

We are asking for any support anyone is able to give.

Holidays are here and I know this is a hard time for most.
