Hello. My name is Deanna Ponessa and I am setting up this GoFundMe page for Troy Martin. A family is left devastated. On 9/11/2025, a domestic disturbance broke out between brothers, Troy and Dustan Martin. Shots were fired and, thank you God, none of them hit Troy. Due to Dusty ripping out all of the gas lines inside the home, the home exploded violently to the ground. There is nothing left of the home. The Swat Team tried talking Dusty down, but sadly, Dusty took his own life. With the strong smell of gas, Troy quickly ran back in, minutes before the explosion, and was able to rescue some of his pets...Woolfie and Polly are pictured above. Two other cats have been found and one is still missing.

I contacted the Red Cross and a meeting was held today. Troy and his mother are left to pick up the pieces and are heartbroken, shattered and overwhelmed. Troy has absolutely nothing left. The family has no money for services. This is such a tragedy. I am hoping that when you read this, your heart will be filled with the desire to help this young gentleman.
