Hello all,

I wish I were here under different circumstances, but here we are. For all who don't know me, My name is Kofi and I'm here on behalf of a wonderful human being, my very dear big cousin, Matrece Carter. (Tree) For those who know him, he is and always has been a magnificent soul, magnanimous and always caring for others.

Tree has been diagnosed with cancer; we are still waiting for more details. One thing we know for sure is his medical care will be overwhelming for the family as he is unable to work. His dear wife, Marla and son Ty will need as much support as we can provide during these difficult and uncertain times.

Tree has been a foundation for A LOT of people in our city; even extending to his adopted city, Houston where he and his family currently reside. I am graciously asking for any type of financial support we can do to help out. Medical bills for his care will be considerable, not to mention their daily bills (rent, utilities etc.)

For all family, friends, extended family and extended friends, colleagues, any and everyone. We are hoping for your support. Whatever amount will be accepted whole heartedly. This has been a tragedy for such a good hearted person; as cancer is blind.

I leave you with my gratitude and appreciation for whatever you can do to support them and they thank you as well from the bottom of our hearts.
