Hi, I’m starting this fundraiser to help my brother and sister in law. Both of their girls are medically fragile and have epilepsy. They have almost died from their condition. My brother and sister in law don’t sleep at night because the girls have seizures around the clock. The family has pitched in to buy this sweet little golden doodle, named penny and they will have her trained to be a seizure alert dog that will alert Paige and Matthew when the girls have seizures. She will also be trained to help with mobility for Gracie who has cerebral palsy. Training is expensive but service dogs that are already trained cost upwards of $35,000 and are only given to children aged 14 and up. I hope you will help us in achieving our goal so that these sweet children and their parents will sleep better at night and live a more fulfilling life having the safety of the service animal they so desperately need.
