We have set this page up in order to help contribute to the costs of Jade's Funeral.

Jade was such a beautiful, kind and caring girl with her whole life ahead of her but sometimes life can be so cruel!

We are asking for donations to help try and relieve as much pressure as we can for her family & friends, in order to give her the send off she deserves.
