House Rebuild after Devastating Fire
On 12/16, my parents house burned to ash. They live in Tennessee, away from family, and have lost everything. Unfortunately, they didn’t have house insurance, leaving them with little hope to rebuild. My Dad happened to go into town, bringing my mom dinner at work and by the time he got back, the house was up in flames. Their two dogs and cat were trapped inside and didn’t make it out alive. They are not the type to ask for help, so I’m here, asking for them. This weighs heavily on the family as my dad relies on disability, so they have very little funds to rebuild.
Months later, we have walls build and most of the flooring installed! Mom and Dad have gratefully made the donations stretch the most they could. They are making progress and almost all of it is thanks to your kind donations! We are now at the step of dry wall, flooring the rest of the house, sinks, etc!
I️ never thought I️ would be writing something like this, asking for help. I️ ask, if you can, please help my parents. The smallest amount is so greatly appreciated. I️ don’t have enough words to express how hard this is on our family, so please just pray. We could use all of the love and support during this holiday tragedy. I️ would like to thank each and every one of you for your generosity. Your gifts to my family have brought tears to our eyes and relief to our minds. We are beyond thankful.
