Please Help to Save Daisy’s 5 Pups!!!
Donation protected

UPDATE 2:
Thank you so much for your shares and donations! Forever grateful!
Phase one complete!!
Daisy and her 5 beautiful pups have been rescued, they are together and they are safe!
We will make a £350 donation to the charity looking after them, covering vet checks, vaccinations, worming, shelter and feeding…
In addition it cost approximately £2000 to bring a dog back to the UK to be adopted..
Had a few enquiries about people wanting to adopt the pups too!! Which will be a lower cost as they can travel in pairs and share a smaller crate! Don’t want to get ahead of ourselves, for now, they’re all safe, once Daisy finishes feeding she can start her journey to the UK to have a beautiful forever home! Puppies would be an absolute bonus!! Although they do sometimes get adopted in Mauritius,… some dont, and spend their lives chained up or on the streets…. Its a beautiful Country but a dogs worse nightmare!
Let’s keep going.. like and share to do the best we can! Come so far already…..
Thank you all!! x x x

Hi! We’re currently in Mauritius on a family holiday, and we have fallen in love with the hotel/beach stray… she is the most adorable, soft and sweet girl… my daughter and son have named her ‘Daisy’, because she is so gentle, we could see she had recently had pups, and would go in/out of a bush on the hotels grounds - we’ve now found 5 adorable teeny tiny pups inside… unfortunately stray dogs in Mauritius is all too common, and once the pups are big enough to walk and come out the bush, they will be ‘removed’… which I do understand as they can’t have unlimited dogs roaming the hotel grounds, but the thought of them being left on the street kills me…
I’ve been in constant contact with local charities the past few days, and there are some amazing people who help to get these dogs fostered, cared for and adopted… I’m asking you to please please donate, even a few pounds, every little will help!
I need to raise the funds, and if I can, they will meet us at the Hotel on Monday, and take Daisy and her pups into their care, this money will ensure they’re all vaccinated, cover vet checks, stabilisation, then Mum will be spayed once she has stopped feeding them..
Once old enough to leave Daisy, pups will be put up for adoption here in Mauritius, but unfortunately its impossible to have an adult dog adopted here… so Daisy will be neutered then back on the street, fortunately we have a wonderful home waiting for daisy in the UK! Where she will be safe and loved and giving the life she so deserves!! We now need to raise the additional 2000 for the adoption, but we can do this! So many beautiful souls donating and sharing to help! Thank you all.
