Hi my name is Kate, I am a 34 year old Respiratory nurse and I live full time on a narrowboat with my best friend Roscoe who is a 4 year old Blue Staffie.

In June 2021 Roscoe had a stick injury and required x2 lots of throat surgery. We hoped he would make a full recovery but sadly he is now experiencing problems with his jaw and requires further treatment. His vet bills so far have been £8000 and I have been told it will be another £2000 for the treatment he urgently needs.

I have tried my best to self fund Roscoes treatment but sadly I am now in a position where I need to ask for help.
