Update:
Hello all,
This update is long overdue. Most of you will know our sweet boy Lucien passed away on the 2nd of January.
Lucien received his second surgery but his blood pressure remained dangerously low for several hours post op which was putting him at risk of several complications. The vets told us it was highly unlikely he would recover and recommended euthanasia. Lucien passed very peacefully and purred up until his last breath. He was the sweetest most handsome boy we've ever know and he will never be forgotten. If love could have saved him, he would have lived forever.
Lucien's vet bills totalled to £17,500. The team at Vets Now were kind enough to cap his bill at £15,000 as I was simply unable to take borrow anymore than that from the lender. This is a bill we need to pay over three years and so any donations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you to everyone who showed kindness and support during such a difficult time for Jerry and I.

Hello, my name is Lakini.
I'm raising funds to pay for my cat, Lucien's, vet bills.
Lucien is a 6 month old Maine coon kitten. On the days running up to Christmas he developed a 20cm intususception (his bowel folded in on itself) and was rushed to the emergency vet on Christmas day.
He had an emergency surgery to correct the intususception without the need to remove a part of his bowel. He was seemingly recovering well post op.
He recently got another scan done and it has shown that another intususception has occured. This one is 2cm and not currently obstructing his bowel. They also noticed abnormalities throughout his entire bowel and so will require biopsies to determine what's going on.
He needs another surgery.
The cost of his entire treatment, including both surgeries has been estimated to £15,000 which we simply are struggling to afford.
Lucien is the sweetest boy. He is full of love and spends 50% of his time purring and the other 50% causing trouble with his fellow siblings. We absolutely adore our wee boy and want to do everything in our power to help him live a long happy life.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
