PLEASE HELP TO BRING OUR TAP FAMILY TOGETHER AGAIN

Hi everyone. I'm Sarah Quinton and along with Matt we are trying to re-open The Rugby Tap after the sad deaths of our favourite Barman Ken, our beloved snack snatcher Jasper and the best landlord and boss ever Mike.

The Tap has been great place to come and have the best gravity fed real ales in Rugby for 10 years, and we have won numerous prestigious awards from C.A.M.R.A for the quality of our beer and customer service.

We are all one big family at the Tap and I know we are all missing our favourite watering hole. I am missing seeing and serving you all and most of all your banter.

We are trying really hard to make it work, but council funding is a difficult and slow process and we want to open again as soon as possible. So we are asking everyone to chip in a bit to help us get off the ground again. Maybe you could donate a week's beer money or even a bit more.

We just need a bit to pay the first 3 months rent, to do some decorating, insurance, licenses etc and of course to buy some beer in for you all.

I really hope you can spare a few quid to get us going again. And when we open we will make sure we do our best to keep on the Tap's reputation for great beer and the friendly atmosphere you're all used to.

So, what can I say, please help us keep the Tap going, it is important for the town of Rugby, our lovely Tap community, to keep something a bit different going and most of all, to remember Ken, Mike and Jasper
