Hi my name is Ksenia, I am fundraising for my cat Timathy. He has been sick for over a month now. First a staph infection, then a yeast infection, then he developed severe joint pain out of the blue and extreme edema in his paws.

We have tried going to multiple vet clinics that were not able to find answers. Finally we took him to the Emergency Department in hopes they can help. They stated that Timathy’s case is unusual and have been running test after test to find out the cause yet nothing has been determined. During his stay he developed a heart murmur and fluid build up in his lungs. We just found out today that he may likely also have IMPA. The tests, the hospital stay and the medications have been extremely expensive. We need to run more tests to determine what’s happening, also meaning that he needs to stay at the hospital longer. We simply just cannot afford it, we have exhausted all the funds we have.

We love Timathy so much. He was a rescue stray that we found outside, with a coyote bite on his leg. We took him in and he proved to be the sweetest, most loving cat. He has brought us so much joy and comfort. He’s so funny and loves to cuddle with us and our dogs. We can’t bare to see him euthanized. We had just recently lost our other cat to kidney failure and we just can’t watch Timathy go through that same pain. He is so scared and we are so scared. We are asking for any help that you can give. Any donations would be hugely appreciated and would help figure out what is going on with our baby. <3
