Hello,

as most people in Iqaluit have heard, Marlene’s oldest son Justin was sent to Ottawa due to the doctors finding a tumor on his brain. In less than a month, he’s had to have 3 emergency surgeries. Marlene and her family are some of the nicest, most kind hearted helpful people you will ever meet. They are the first people that will be there to help when you need it.

the purpose of this fundraiser is to help relieve some of the financial burden that this has caused on the entire family being in Ottawa. They shouldn’t have to worry about how they are going to pay bills and support their families through this difficult time.

Please help if you can and if you can’t that’s okay, please say a prayer for this loving, happy 14 year old boy to kick cancers butt!
