Hello everyone, as most of you know me but some don't. My name is Angie Winchell and I'm  one of many of Tabitha and Richard Slater's close friends. On May 25th 2021, they received a phone call no parent wants to receive. God decided it was time for one of his son's to come home leaving family and friends heart broken and numb to say the least.
