Please help the Needham Family

As we previously posted, on Wednesday, September 30th, our son, and brother, Miles Needham, was in a horrible car accident in Pensacola, Florida. He was coming home from work and was driving into the sun and was in a head on collision. Fortunately, the other driver wasn't hurt. Unfortunately, Miles did not fare as well.
Miles's head hit the windshield and went through. He has major damage to his neck and spine. Currently, he cannot move his upper arms or legs. The doctor's hope with daily therapy and work he may be able to move on his own by a year. He does have movement in his fingers and toes.
Both Miles and his wife Tammy lost their jobs as a result of the Covid shut downs. Miles was working a part time job delivering pizza to help get by when the accident happened. The car he was driving was totalled, they have no medical insurance and have a long road ahead of them.
Miles will not only need months and months of therapy but also all the medical equipment that is necessary when one cannot move their own body.
Miles is still in the ICU in Pensacola but will eventually be moved to some sort of convalescent/ therapy facility. Unfortunately, there isn't one of these types of facilities with room in Pensacola so he may be moved to Jacksonville or as far away as Atlanta.
As you can imagine this is an overwhelming and scary time for Miles and his wife Tammy along with their children and grandchildren. This is made more difficult because all of Miles's family lives in and around Northern CA. Miles is very lucky that his step daughter, Melissa Sabatini, is able to help them with all of the paperwork and different agencies that they have to deal with. She has been vital in helping Miles and Tammy navigate this new reality.
At this time we don't know how much any of the upcoming expenditures will cost but any amount you can give will be appreciated.
