Support the Millsons During this Critical Time

For over a decade, Cara and her husband, Jesse, have faced unimaginable challenges while trying to grow their family. After seven rounds of IVF and seven heartbreaking miscarriages, they finally received the joyful news that they were expecting twins. Tragically, they lost one of the twins at just seven weeks. Despite this devastating loss, Cara's remaining twin continued to grow, offering a glimmer of hope.

At 20 weeks, Cara's pregnancy took another difficult turn when her cervix shortened and she became 2 cm dilated. Despite a successful cervical stitch (TAC), her water broke soon after, leading to Cara being hospitalized for two weeks. On August 23rd, Cara and Jesse welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world at just 23 weeks and two days gestation.

Their baby girl is now in one of the top NICUs in Toronto, where she will require specialized care and support. Cara and Jesse are facing significant expenses as they stay in Toronto to be with their little girl during this crucial time.

Cara has been a source of strength and support for so many, and now it's our turn to support her. We ask for your help to ease their financial burden and allow them to focus on their baby's care.
