Hello, my name is Madison McCarter. I am making this fundraiser on behalf of my brother and sister-in-law! They have 3 beautiful girls! I am blessed to be a aunt to these 3 beautiful girls! Ellie Mae is there middle daughter who just turned 2 in November and has Autism! She is such a bright light in a dark room with her smile!
Monday, the day after Christmas Ellie’s life as well as ours changed in a second. Ellie woke up Monday morning having seizures. She was admitted into children’s hospital and diagnosed with Epilepsy. They sent her home on medication. Where the next day she woke up with her seizures being worse and not breathing through them. She was rushed back to Children’s Hospital where they are still admitted and searching for answers! Ellie’s Dr’s have all said her case is very rare and they haven’t seen it before. So far 2 seizures medications haven’t worked and they will be starting a new one today. She has had every test her poor little body could have . We currently are waiting on results for her Spinal Tap. Ellie has been so strong through this whole situation and continues to show us how much of a fighter she is!
I am making this to give help to her parents, Caleb and Chandler! They both have been off of work and will be until they get Ellie better! They also have 2 other little girls at home, Oakylnn(4), and Cami(3 months). Unfortunately they still have the burden of bills, food, medical expenses, and outside life on them due to not knowing’s when they will be released from the hospital or transferred to Nashville when there main focus needs to be Ellie! If you can please donate, no matter the amount, I and I know they will be so appreciative of it!! If you can not donate please send LOTS of prayers up for them! We know God has control of this situation and we have so much faith he will heal our Ellie girl! Thank you all so much!!
