On October 3, 2025, the Mayorga family suffered a devastating setback when an accidental fire gutted their home while the family was away at school and work. Joanna, Estuardo, and the kids now unexpectedly find themselves without a home as they navigate what is likely to be months of investigation and insurance disputes and delays.

We are asking family, friends, and colleagues to help support the Mayorga family in their time of need. The requested money will go toward the considerable expense of moving, renting new lodgings, and replacing essential items that were lost in the fire.
