I'm reaching out to you all on behalf of our close friend Bradley Lindsay, a husband to Nikki, and proud father to Rhiannon, Oscar, and Lilly. Brad is unfortunately facing the fight of his life.

In February 2024, Brad was diagnosed with Testicular Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. He spent the next nine months undergoing intensive chemotherapy and radiation. By October 2024, he was considered in remission.

Tragically five weeks ago, while at work, Brad suffered a seizure while driving and crashed his vehicle. A CT scan revealed that his cancer had returned, this time spreading to his brain. Devastatingly Brad’s diagnosis was confirmed as Testicular Lymphoma Stage 4 Central Nervous System (CNS) Brain Cancer.

Complex treatment means Brad will undergo further chemotherapy as well as an immunotherapy called CAR T-cell therapy, a highly specialised treatment giving him the best chance of fighting this disease.

Life for the family has become incredibly financially difficult. After relocating to Townsville for Brad’s treatment, Nikki has become his full-time carer. Unfortunately, they have both had to give up their employment, and with Brad using all his leave entitlements from last year’s battle, the financial stress has become a reality.

Brad and Nikki are staying as positive as they can at this difficult time.
