On December eighth of 2017 I was injured at work. I have had two surgeries at this point and I’m still a long way from being recovered and being able to return to work. During this period of not working I have lost my insurance for my family and myself. There are going to be many medical bills and hardships during my road to recovery and I ask that whoever sees this would be willing to please help out my family.
