Dear beloved friends, It's Nour, a Mom of three little daughters. During the harshest war, I gave birth to my newborn Twins.
There is no shelter, no healthy food, and there are no minimum necessities for life.
Imagine experiencing all these feelings at the same time..
The pain of labor, the fear of the sounds of bombing, the army tanks surrounding the hospital where I am, the sounds of artillery near you , displaced from your home, you do not have the clothes of newborns coming to life, because you left everything in your warm home ,the fear for my two-year-old daughter that something bad might happen to her, and my husband and family..
Yes, I lived through the most difficulties days in my life, and the war is still continuing.
After I gave birth to my twins, the fear became more and more.
The bombing around us every day and we survived many times but we don't know if we will survive next time or not. Indeed, we are alive but on the dead lists.
We need help, we do not have even the necessities of life.
We ask ourselves every day the questions listed below.
-Maybe we will die tomorrow or shall be this moment!
-How will we provide to my babies milk, as it is rare, and so are diapers!
-Vaccinations are not available, so my twin daughters may be exposed to any disease - God forbid.
-The army will enter Rafah these days and we don't know where shall we go!
-We want to leave Gaza for Egypt, but the coordination cost per person is $5000, but how will all this money get out!
- I want sterile water and a sterile feeding bottle for my twins, but where is the gas ? So how will I sterilize a baby bottle?
My two-year-old daughter craves fruit, juice, and chips, chocolate, but it is not available in the market...
I want to go out and buy my daughters everything they love and put the whole world in their hands..
But I have nothing to do at this cruel war
" We love life as much as we can"
During 179 days we suffered a lot and we still!
The details of my story❗
At the beginning of the war, our work was destroyed due to the bombing, and it was our only livelihood.
Even my house was damaged as a result of the bombing, and after that, they forcibly displaced us to southern Gaza, specifically Khan Yunis, where we lived the most difficult days of our lives. With the lack of food and the lack of sufficient money to buy food and clothes for me and newborn babies and my family.
As I was pregnant, and after a while of our stay in Khan Yunis, and during the attack on the safe place to which we were forcibly displaced, my due date came, and due to the difficulty of reaching the hospital, I gave birth to my babies, twins girls, without a under bombing.
This day was the most difficult in my life.
Then, two days after I was born, we were forcibly displaced to Rafah, which is located in the far south of Gaza City, where I currently live. There is a single room for me and all my family members. There is no infant formula available for my children, and there is no Vaccines for babies, then we live in an environment full of diseases.
No healthy food and no drink are available for my family members, and there is no money to buy food because we have not worked since the beginning of the war, meaning about 6 months without work.
I lost everything. I lost members of my family, my job, and my home.
I do not want to lose my daughters or any of my 9 family members, so help me get my family out of Gaza before I lose any of them.
P.S The Army will enter Rafah after Ramadan, so please help us and donate to leave Gaza to safety.

My 3 daughters, Mira 2 years old, and my newborn twins, 3 months.

This is my daughter Mira, look how was she happy because she ate an egg after 5 months of the war. As I told you the healthy food is rare and if it is available, it's very expensive. This egg costs nowadays $2.5

This is my family members, Mum, dad, brothers, my 3 daughters and my husband behind the scenes.
