Please help Teresa get medical care

Teresa was the victim of someone who tried to cut her head off to eat her. The person missed and cut of part of her face. Fortunately, she escaped and was later darted and taken to a local animal rescue in Thailand. The rescue did a fabulous job saving her life, but knew they could not find her the loving home she deserved or provide the extensive medical care needed to impact her future health.
That's when Michelle Weirich and Karen Quigley stepped up and agreed to bring Teresa to the USA on Jan. 28th. Michelle and Karen are working together on behalf of Teresa. Michelle is securing her travel and the GoFundMe, and Karen will be fostering Teresa and overseeing her medical care.
After speaking with a top-rated board certified oral surgeon from NorthStar Vets in Robbinsville, NJ regarding Teresa's facial damage, we are setting up a First Stage Preliminary GoFundMe of $7,000 to cover her oral surgery and travel expense. The oral surgery will include looking at nerve exposure, removal of broken teeth, accessing her nasal passage, tongue trauma, palate opening to examine nasal functioning and any other potential medical concerns that will impact her future health.
We anticipate that Teresa will need a second surgery to reconstruct her nose/nasal area. We will not know for sure until she has her oral surgery. At that point, we will need to do a second GoFundMe. Since we have no idea what the reconstruction surgery will entail, we will cross that bridge when necessary.
The goal right now is to get Teresa here on Jan. 28th and to the oral surgeon. Teresa is already scheduled at NorthStar Vets on Feb. 1 at 8:45 am for an evaluation. At that point, we will have more detailed information to share with everyone.
We need to raise this money NOW so there is no delay in getting Teresa's oral surgery scheduled ASAP.
We greatly appreciate all the interest in helping Teresa. Please help us help Teresa. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
