I've had the honor of working beside Tad Weyland for over 20 years. He’s not just a colleague—he’s family. Together, we’ve cooked, traveled, and shared countless meals around the world. And if you know Tad, you know that food isn’t just his career—it’s his calling. He’s poured his heart into feeding others, lifting spirits, and mentoring countless chefs along the way.

Today, Tad needs our help.

A few weeks ago, Tad was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. The disease has spread to both his colon and liver, and he’s also facing mid-stage kidney failure. It's aggressive, and it’s taken a toll on his ability to even stand or walk without pain. Right now, he’s in a critical fight just to gain enough strength to begin chemotherapy.

The road ahead is long, and the costs are overwhelming. Alongside his sister, Joni Young, we’re rallying to raise funds for Tad’s medical treatment, recovery, and essential living expenses. Every dollar brings peace of mind and allows Tad to focus on what truly matters—healing, not hospital bills.
