Hi Everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend Cori and her beautiful daughter, Sydni.

Sydni is 30 years old and truly an angel on earth. She has cerebral palsy, is non-verbal, non-mobile, and requires full-time care. Despite her disability, Sydni has been a light to so many people. Her gentle spirit and pure presence bring a kind of love and peace that's hard to put into words.

She has already endured so much in her life, including two hip replacements and major spinal surgery, leaving her with two metal rods in her spine. Through it all, she has shown incredible strength.

Now, Sydni is facing her hardest battle yet. She has been diagnosed with stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. Because the cancer is so aggressive and has spread, she will be undergoing a double mastectomy along with the removal of several lymph nodes and future treatments.

Her mom is a hard-working, single mother who has devoted her life to caring for Sydni. She is at every appointment, every treatment—making sure Sydni is never alone and always surrounded by love. Sydni is completely dependent upon others to survive. Her mom continues to show up for her with strength and compassion every single day.

Because of this, she has had to miss work, and the financial strain is becoming overwhelming. On top of that, she is carrying the emotional weight that no parent should ever have to face—the fear of losing her child.

I started this GoFundMe to help ease some of that burden so she can focus on what matters most: being there for Sydni.
