Please Help Sweet Lori Jahn, Our Pastor's Wife

Like Dorcas from Joppa in Acts 9, our Lori is known for her good works and acts of love.  She shares her amazing talents in arts and crafts showering people with beautiful gifts. It is we, the recipients of her overflowing love that come to plea on her behalf for prayers and funds much the same as the friends of Dorcas pleaded with Peter.   Lori Jahn is the wife of Roger Jahn, pastor of Calvary Chapel of Lakeland, Florida.  Lori was hospitalized Friday August 29th and has been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and pneumonia and needs healing.  She started a three-week in-hospital regimen of chemotherapy today, 6 days after her initial hospitalization and will continue in-hospital treatments monthly for five days each of the 4-5 following months.   Lori was planning to start Medicare in December when she qualifies, but she is without insurance at this time to cover any of her mounting, $100’s of thousands of dollars in medical bills. Waiting and praying for Lori to get well is a family that needs her, including her 90-year old mother who has been in Lori’s care for over 12 years, her son, a brave, wounded military vet, a lovely daughter and family with 4 grandchildren, and an entire church family who will gladly tell you about her gifts of love and good works that honor God.   Can you find it in your heart to help the Jahn family to overcome this mountain?     This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. www.avast.com
