Please help! surgery needed ASAP

Hello, my name is Monique Undy and I am a 25-year-old working woman and passionate soccer player, who is in desperate need of your help to fund a crucial and urgent hip surgery.
I have spent the past 8 months desperately trying to uncover the root cause of the excruciating pain I have been experiencing throughout my body. At first, I thought the issue lied within my lower-right back, where the pain was most significant. However, the pain has spread to various parts of my body, progressively worsening. Now, after endless and very expensive visits to the sports physicians’, physiotherapist’, doctors’ and surgeons’, along with several X-rays, MRIs and CT scans, the combined results have finally revealed a probable cause.
While I was relieved to know that I wasn’t just being a sook, and there was an actual medical issue that can be explained and corrected, the relief was short lived when I was told that the fix was not going to be nearly as simple or affordable as I had hoped.
My surgery will be an extremely complex one that addresses a number of different issues; a lack of femoral head offset, bone marrow edema and acetabular subchondral cyst, all of which needs to be tackled urgently. The longer these issues are left untreated, the greater the complications, damage and pain, and the lower the chances of a full recovery. So, I am currently booked in for surgery on Monday, the 15th of April, 2019.
Unfortunately, this could not have presented itself at a worse time. As I have just turned 25, I am no longer covered by my parents’ health insurance, which ironically, would have covered a large portion of my surgery’s cost. To make matters worse, the health insurance I just joined does not cover such surgeries at all, neither does its general coverage take full effect until I have lasted its lengthy waiting period. Hence, I have no choice but to have to come up with the funds myself.
Due to the complexity of my condition, the surgeon is unable to provide an exact solution until he physically operates on me, which means he also can’t quote an exact cost. So, I could wake up to a financial debt of $13,000 or up to $25,000.
Without health insurance, and inadequate funds, I find myself writing this, desperately reaching out to family, friends, local communities, businesses and the greater universe, to help me fundraise a half-way point of $20,000, where I can either top the rest off myself or put the excess money towards my recovery.
Even after 15 years+ of playing soccer, I am not ready to hang my boots up yet, and I need your help to be able to put them back on but most importantly, to regain a pain-free, healthy and active lifestyle as soon as possible.
