On Friday, January 11th, my sister, Heidi, and her husband, Mark, were involved in a head-on collision off 395. Unfortunately, Mark did not survive. The crash left Heidi with severe injuries that required her to be airlifted down the hill. Thankfully, she is in good, stable condition but she has a long road to recovery, physically and emotionally.

Mark was a loving father, husband, brother, and son. He was also an Army veteran having served two tours in Iraq. Together, Heidi and Mark have five children. He was their family’s sole provider as his wish was for her to be able to stay home with their children while she furthered her education. Our families are absolutely devastated by his loss. We want to do all we can to lessen the financial burden(medical bills, mortgage, household bills, groceries) on Heidi and the kids while she recovers. Please donate anything you can. Thank you.
