Please Help Support the Gulyas Novak Family

Last week Jessy and Simeron were given the news of every parents worst nightmare, and their lives were turned upside down.

Magnus was a healthy 9 year old boy who loves the outdoors and spending time with his family. Two weeks ago Magnus was complaining of shoulder pain, so Jessy took him to the ER. Following an x-ray she was told to take him to CHEO immediately. After many tests, scans and x-rays, Magnus has been diagnosed with a childhood cancer, Neuroblastoma, that develops from immature nerve cells in the sympathetic nervous system.

Magnus and his family have a year and a half long journey ahead of them to fight this. It will involve many trips to CHEO in Ottawa for chemotherapy and radiation treatments. There will also be travel to Sick Kids in Toronto for his stem cell transplant.

Simeron's coworkers are hoping a GoFundMe will help the Novaks during this challenging time. Through donations, sharing their story, and keeping them in your thoughts and prayers we can all help them get through this.

All donations will go towards helping them with any financial burdens they will face including travel, parking, medications, and daily living needs.
