Please help support the Bean family

Donation protected
Hi my name is Vicki Brodeur and with permission from Jennifer Bean I have created this page asking for your support for the Bean family. Information written below has come from Jennifer Bean and Stephanie Baker.

Those of you who know Steven “Beanie” know that he would be the first to do anything for anyone. All you would have to do is call or stop by to see him and he is ready to help whether it be haying, fencing, or building a pig pen in a weekend. You can always count on “Beanie.” In early November he was away at hunting camp in Maine with his son Colt and all the boys. A few days after being at camp he began not feeling well but would not leave until his son Colt got a deer. Colt got his deer the next day and they packed up and headed for home.
Once home they proceeded to the hospital, as Steven was not feeling any better. He was evaluated and did test positive for COVID 19. The following three weeks he was back and forth to the hospital three different times due to some breathing issues. Steven was given medication at each visit along with hydration then went back home.
November 29th his daughter Cloe took him back to the hospital because he was experiencing severe abdominal pain. Steven was diagnosed with diverticulitis with a perforation as well as pneumonia. By now his breathing was getting much worse. Steven was transported from the local hospital to Brigham & Women’s Health Center in Massachusetts.
December 3rd Steven underwent surgery to remove part of his colon and was placed on a ventilator.
December 11th Steven is still unconscious, unresponsive and on a ventilator. Steven has also been diagnosed with acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML a form of blood cancer).
Due to several setbacks Steven's prognosis remains guarded and it changes daily. Until these setbacks clear up, he is unable to start any
chemotherapy treatments.
Funds raised will be put towards medical bills, household bills, and travel expenses to/from hospital. Any donation large or small is incredibly appreciated and will impact the Bean family tremendously. Even if you are unable to give, please share their story and lift them up in prayer.
Thank you❤
