Two weeks ago, 17-year-old Star had a traumatic accident in the New York City subway that resulted in a partial amputation of her left foot. After six surgeries, she is still working towards recovery in the hospital.

As everyday expenses, medical bills, and other unforeseen costs arise, we want to help support Star, her mother Karen and their family to meet their needs and alleviate some financial stress. As a nanny of 30+ years, Karen has spent much of her life caring for others, and it's our turn to give back.
