Please Help Support Our Urgent Move

Hello, I hate to have to do this again. But we are in need of help. Our landlords have accepted an offer on the house we are renting after three weeks of letting us know it was going to even be on the market. While they gave us an official 90 day notice as of July 1, they would like it if we were out sooner. Preferably by August. We are not prepared to have to pay a first and last month's rent, along with the security deposit. While this house isn't very ADA compliant, I was hoping to have another year to prepare to move. I'm already picking up as many hours as I can at work. Matt's temp job with the school ended last month, so now he just has the part time job. (Which is basically one day a week that's available.) Any help would be appreciated!
