Please help support our dear friend Tom!!

Sadly here I am again, with a very dear and close friend battling stomach cancer.

Those of you who knew Dorena, knew that she loved Tom, they were a couple, and he was her primary caregiver when her parents or other friends were unavailable. He had been struggling with stomach issues, but being the hero he is, powered through it for over a year, and made sure she was taken care of. Just before Dorena passed, she pleaded with him to take care of himself and see a doctor… unfortunately, the worst news was delivered, CANCER. Now, having watched someone he loved just go through the chemo, immunotherapy, doctor’s visits, side effects, he was reluctant to receive treatment. Rightfully so… it is incredibly difficult to watch a loved one be sick and continue to get worse! There are no guarantees… we know this, but he has a good chance of the chemo shrinking the mass then it being operable to remove it!!!! Thankfully, he’s decided to proceed with treatment and received his port yesterday.

He has a support system of friends and family!!! However, we know the road he faces all too well! There will be times he cannot work and funds will be tight.

I have created this GoFundMe to help Tom financially get through the treatments, lost time from work, bills… life!
