I’ve decided to create this go fund me for my mother to help ease the financial burden with her recent diagnosis of Stage 3 ovarian cancer. Approx a year ago my mom went in for medical care due to symptoms she was having. She was misdiagnosed which only delayed care and getting the actual treatment she needed. The tumor got even bigger and was initially diagnosed in what they thought would be stage 1. After surgery and samples of her tissues it was discovered she has Stage 3 Ovarian cancer and it was in both ovaries. She will be starting chemo therapy this week. She will be traveling for chemo and not working for awhile. If anyone knows my mother they know she doesn’t ask for much & is very strong women. She has helped so many and has been the strength for them in times of need. My mother is more reserved about these type of things but we hope her story can help others in not being misdiagnosed. I’m hoping we can raise some money for her to help with bills and any other cost that may arise during this unexpected block in the road. We don’t know where this road will lead us but we know GOD will get us through this. I hope we can all be her strength through this hard time and lift her up. So many of you have already reached out to her and have been wonderful. We truly appreciate it all.
