Hi,

My name is Teresa Brooks and Joshua Snow is my nephew. As most of our friends and family know, Joshua had a heart attack on February 17, 2025. Joshua had to have emergency heart surgery and the medical team at the hospital put in 2 stents. Joshua remained in ICU after the surgery for almost 2 weeks and was on life support with a breathing tube and feeding tube.

Gradually, Joshua’s condition has improved, and he is off life support and is breathing on his own. However, he will need an additional heart surgery soon.

Joshua was working in Orlando when he had the heart issue, so he is still in an Orlando hospital. We are facing months (or maybe up to a year) of therapy and specialized care-even after the next heart surgery. We are planning to bring him home to MS as soon as the doctors feel he can make the trip. The medical Professionals in Orlando are collaborating with MS medical facilities to help us get Joshua the medical Help he needs.

We are asking for help to move Joshua back home, including adding to and modifying the house to accommodate Joshua’s medical equipment and healthcare needs, as well as helping to pay for therapy, surgery and medication.

We are asking for help from anyone who can. Any amount will be deeply appreciated.
