Please help support Joey & Stormy's Family after a fire

Donation protected
Black Friday has a whole new meaning for our friends Joey and Stormy. At around 5:00 pm, the family decided to make a run to the grocery store. Stormy stayed at the house, and soon after Joey & the kids left, he began to smell smoke. He went upstairs to find his daughter's bedroom closet fully engulfed in flames. He tried to put the fire out, but the flames were moving too quickly, so he grabbed the two family dogs and ran outside to call 911.
As this has just happened, we don't know the full extent of the damage, but we are assuming the house is a total loss. The emergency personnel on the scene said it looked like an electrical fire.
Joey and Stormy have two children, Dakota, age 18, and Cheyenne, age 17.
Joey has recently made a career change and is going to school to be a massage therapist. Unfortunately, all of her equipment was in the house as well.
Joey and Stormy are not the type of people to ask for help. They are, however, the first to show up for everyone else.
Joey and Cheyenne are long-time members of The Miss Shifters All Girls Car Club & Joey is the club's vice president. The family is also a part of River City Van Club.
I know times are tough for all of us, but even 10 people giving 20 bucks each pays for a week's worth of food.
Thank you so much for helping our beautiful friends.
Have a wonderful Christmas & Holiday Season.

UPDATE:
Please check your home owners insurance policy and see what kind of coverage you have in case of fire or other disasters! Joey spoke with thier adjuster today and the news was not good. The insurance is going to pay off the property to the mortgage company so they will own the property and burnt structure. There is no coverage for personal property, hotel accommodations, or clean up, tear down, and they are giving them $40,000 to rebuild. There is no way to rebuild thier home for that amount. Living in a home built in the 1880's, it is hard to find insurance for, so when Joeys & Stormys mortgage was sold to a new company, they were working with them to find insurance. Joey was assured by the new mortgage company that it was handled. She had no idea it was just hazard insurance.
We encourage everyone to read the fine print of your policy and hopefully it will save your family from experiencing this kind of tragedy on top of losing your home!!!!!
