Dear friends, family, and community members,

I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for help. Jesus Trinidad aka Manny, a dear friend and beloved husband to one of my closest friends, Elizabeth Rios aka Lisa/Liz and a dear friend to many, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. After recently undergoing a major surgery, he is now in the hospital recovering. Although the surgery was a necessary step in his treatment, it has placed a significant financial burden on his wife and her family.

As Jesus/Manny begins the challenging road to recovery, his wife is facing mounting medical bills and household expenses. She is doing everything she can to manage on her own, but the financial strain is overwhelming. In addition to medical costs, there are everyday expenses that have become harder to cover due to this unexpected turn of events.

I am setting up this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial stress so that she can focus on being there for her husband during this critical time. Your generous contributions will go directly toward:

- Medical bills and treatments not covered by insurance

- Travel expenses to and from the hospital

- Household bills, utilities, and groceries

- Any additional support services needed for Jesus/Manny's recovery
