JACK the Pom has fallen ill again

Jack aka "jackthebutchpom" (his Instagram name) is a sweet and loving 7 year old Pomeranian who has suddenly fallen ill. He was rushed to the vet 2 days ago and after many test and a blood transfusion it appears he has some sort of autoimmune disease. He is being fed by syringe and is very weak. Full of life one day only to blink and now hanging on to life. Between further testing, medications and treatment the cost of this care will put a strain on his owner and only care giver.
