When something like this happens, it sends shock waves throughout the entire community. Family and friends of Jeff Manley, a.k.a. FJ, are grief-stricken and without words. Jeff was a loving son, brother, husband, uncle, cousin, friend -- he was kind and supportive to anyone he knew. He had a smile that lit up the room and loved life.
