For the past year and a half, Erika Gilbert has been bravely fighting uterine clear cell cancer, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. She has endured chemotherapy and immunotherapy and continues to fight with incredible strength. Sadly, the cancer has progressed and spread to her lungs, liver and other parts of her body. As Erika’s health has declined, she has been unable to work and is now on extended unpaid leave. At the same time, medical bills and everyday expenses continue to add up, creating an overwhelming financial burden during an already heartbreaking time.

Erika’s significant other, Ronnie Shields, along with her mother and stepfather, Stephanie and Stephen Vining and the Gilbert family are by her side and doing everything they can to support her.
