Eric Chapman was admitted to Erlanger on April 7th and was moved to ICU. 
He's had to have multiple test including a few MRI'S, cat scans, angiogram and more...he will also be going through physical and occupational therapy to gain his strength back after being bed-ridden for 6-8 weeks.
He is self employed with no medical insurance and will be out of work for an extensive length of time.
The family is asking for any help toward medical expenses and living expenses as he and his family recover from this trajedy.
Anything is helpful and I have set it up that 100% will be direct deposited into their personal bank account.  Every penny helps!
